^ Wow! "Nothing", how helpful. Are you asking what an anorexic would eat or do you mean a recovering anorexics meal plan?
There is no general rule to how much a suffering anorexic would eat. Each individual sets their own goals and targets when it comes to Calories and Weight. Most anorexics restrict calories to anything from 0 to 800 calories a day, and will have Fasting periods where they eat nothing at all. Anorexics usually have lists of 'safe' foods and food they can not have at all, again, what goes on these lists depends on each individual, although if you compared list, you will probably find they go on the same general basis.
How is the disease characterised?
- Body weight is maintained at least 15 per cent below that expected for a person's height.
- It is self-induced weight loss caused by avoiding fattening foods and may involve taking excessive exercise, using laxatives or diuretics or self-induced vomiting.
- There is a strong, almost overwhelming fear of putting on weight, with sufferers preoccupied with the shape or size of their bodies.
- Rules are invented regarding how much food is allowed and how much exercise is needed after eating certain amounts of food.
- Those suffering from anorexia pursue a very low 'ideal' weight.
- The weight loss may cause hormonal disturbances and women with anorexia nervosa may stop having periods.
As for a recovering anorexics meal plans, i couldn't tell you, i haven't got that far.
