What would be good kitchen cabinets to choose if floors are wood and interior walls are all pine?

If the floors and walls are all wood or woodgrained finish, then a plain finish on the cabinets would help to reduce the "busyness" of the room and help to set off the subtle pattern of the wood.
The colour to choose will depend on the wood colour, the desired effect and the amount of light in the room. Pine is usually a fairly light creamy coloured wood, unless stained. Look at the floor wood and set sample chips against it. Wood can have undertones of red, grey, green, pink, yellow cream, orange etc. Do you want to contrast to set off the wood colour, or complement it to more subtly emphasize it, or to tone in with it to unify the room?
