What would cause a 2000 Ford Focus to sound as if it is dragging chains when being driven?

[Edit]

Answer

it could possibly be one of your wheel bearings going bad, check the front ones first, if you can hear it that well it may be the front, feel behind the front wheels for any excess bearing grease. or have it checked out. it could be any number of things but check that out first.
