What would cause a 86 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4 to bing and get hot but only does it when you go over 60 miles an hour and it loses power?

[Edit]

i didn't get what u meant by bing there but i know that in the carburetor behind ur fuel line there is a small paper filter that will block and at low speed its ok but the faster u go the more pressure it tries to send tru and the motor boggs if this is the case simply replace it it cost like 3 bucks
