Hey Ron==If it doesn't make any noise, check the battery cables making sure there is a good ground between the engine and body. If it has power to the lights, short across the small terminal labeled "S" NOT "R" on the starter solonoid and the battery cable at the starter. This should engage the starter so be careful if it is standard trans. If this does start it, check the neutral safety switch if it is auto or the clutch switch if it is standard. If these switches are good, it can be the ignition switch. GoodluckJoe
