It could be thrush (a type of yeast), but it could just be dry skin. If lotion does not help the dry skin, iand it is severe and continues, it could be thrush. Make sure you are using fresh clean towels after you shower and wearing clean Bras. Also, you may need to cut out alcohol and sugar from your diet. There are topical creams you can apply as well. If it continues, see a health care provider for testing, as some medical conditions such as Diabetes and AIDS can make you susceptible to thrush.
