I just solved this problem at my house (1/08).
In some models of ice makers the Teflon coating on the tray can flake off and you will generally see small grey or black flecks in the melted ice. The solution here seems to be replacing the ice maker.
Clean the ice bin. I read of one case where the kids had placed a hotdog in the bin and it was ground up with the ice to make crushed ice.
Check if you have hard water. You may need a water softener. If you have a water softener, you may have run out of salt.
Some filter media contain fines that need to be flushed out before using the water. The fines usually appear as small black particles. If you have just changed a filter follow the manufacturer's instructions.
I have hard water, but the softener was working and had a full bin of salt. In desperation I tried freezing a small sample of water directly from the kitchen faucet and another from the under sink filtered water dispenser. When I checked the frozen samples the next day I discovered the first sample was clear as it melted in water but the ice from the filter contained small, white, pulp-like particles. I was able to solve the problem by replacing the under sink filtration system and tubing.
1. Impurities in the so-called clean water. 2. Impurities from the ice maker.
There have not been any air samples taken from space because there is no air in space. Space is vast and there are always particles (usually hydrogen and helium) floating around. However, there is so few particles relative to the vastness of space, that taking samples of the "air" wouldn't accomplish much.
The drinking age in Belize is 18 , however in Hunduras there is no "legal drinking age" :)
plasma is a type of sub atomic particles similar to a gas and sometimes called the fourth state of matter. However all other forms of matter are atomic while plasma is a floating cloud of ionised particles and charged particles like protons and electrons.
Subatomic particles do have gravity. However, their gravity is very small.
Orbits or orbitals
No. However, binge drinking is an unwise practice and creates many dangers.
Yes, the antiproton and antineutron have both been confirmed. They were determined to exist in 1955 and 1956, respectively. It should be noted that these particles are antimatter, and they don't just occur floating around in nature. There are nuclear reactions that occur on and around earth where the two particles are created, however. And they can be created in the physics lab with high enough energy accelerators.
Float is normally a verb. However, you can have a rootbeer float and it is a noun.
18 is the legal drinking age in England, however there is talk of raising it to 21.
Drinking alcohol in moderation contributes to better health and longer life. However, abusing it can be harmful.
Suspension has particles, same as colloids. However, the particles in a suspension do not settle down but if is no so for the colloid.
