Call and ask your agent
One would have to register a cargo carrier by purchasing insurance on your car which protects you if any accidents happen due to the cargo carrier and you would also need cargo insurance.
This will depend on your insurance carrier and your provider. I would suggest calling your insurance carrier to ask for help. In general, if your provider is out of network, you will need to appeal the denial with the insurance carrier and provide details about why you didn't call to do the pre-approval. If your provider is in network, they usually cannot bill you if they fail to do a pre-approval. (check with your insurance carrier to verify this) In that case I would contact the provider and tell them they can't bill you for it. If they insist they can, contact your insurance carrier and ask them to send a letter to the provider stating they cannot bill you for the service due to their failure to pre-approve it.
i am trying to find out if my mother had life insurance anywhere in the state of Georgia
What was the cause of the stain? If same came from a leak from a common source, the property owner's PD carrier would most likely be responsible. If you caused it, I do not believe your carrier would extend coverage. Do you have an endorsement on your policy that covers this type of occurrence?
It is possible, but I would use COBRA until I have a definitive ruling from the new insurance Carrier
In Georgia you have several companies to choose from for car insurance. I would suggest checking out a quote from Geico.
Here in Canada we have NO-Fault where each insurer is responsible for their own insured. In that case, the other party's carrier would repair the vehicle, and then subrogate on your company.
That will depend on your insurance carrier and whether or not the pharmacy you use is Network. Call the RX carrier number on the back of your card and ask or ask the pharmacy to check your benefits for you.
In most cases no. You can not chage due to better coverage. 90% of insurance companies, if not more, have what is called a birthday rule. Meaning if you have dependant children on the policy the guardian who was born first (or who is older) is the primary carrier for the dependant children and the younger of the two guardians is the secondary carrier. If you were to have coverage through yourself and a spouse you would be your own primary, as would your spouse be their own primary. If you are the carrier for both insurances then it would all depend on your plan provisions and restrictions, in which case you would have to question each insurance company as to how they would handle determining what insurance is primary and what insurance is secondary.
buying liability insurance
They would usually go to the insurance company. If they did, I would refer them to your carrier.
"Bonding" is done by private insurance companies who supply that type of insurance. You would have to contact that particular insurance carrier to determine if you qualify under their guidelines.
