Why my chest hurt after drinking orange soda?

The most likely cause is GORD (gastro-esophageal-reflux-disease). It is thought to be caused by a lax sphincter muscle at the bottom of the swallowing tube, where it joins to the stomach. Also you may have an ulcer in the esophagus or a change in the tube called Barret's Disease.

I was diagnosed with acid reflux, or GERD, about two years ago. When I have a bad flare up, typically lasting a few weeks, anything and everything I put into my stomach hurts, and water tends to be the worst. Since I never really felt acid reflux in my chest or throat, I had no idea that the reason I felt so sick to my stomach all the time was indeed stomach acid. I've tried Prilosec, which doesn't work very well, and Aciphex, which clears it up within a couple of days. But overall, I have found reducing stress and exercising to be the best medicine (once you can be active again!) for preventing future recurrences of stomach upset. I'd check into acid reduction.

if you drink too much it will fill your shomate faster than food because your shotmate has stonce acid in it and it so liquids fell it faster

Perhaps the reason why you had chest pain after drinking water was because you drank it too quickly. If you drank ice cold water, this could also trigger a pain in the chest area. If you are experiencing chest pain each time you drink water, it might be worth seeing your doctor.

Drinking water that is very cold can make you stomach ache, or even drinking too much water, try sipping a little water slowly during the day that way there should not be any problems.
