What would cause your 2000 Dodge Caravan to vibrate when braking if you changed rotors pads drums and shoes and it is still vibrating?

one possibility you might want to check is your tires. make sure they are properly balanced and check the tread for even wear. uneven wear could indicate loose or worn out steering components

Check your front whell bearing or cv shafts. I have the same problem with my 2003 caravan.
