Yes, probably. However, they would only be forwarded to him for a short time. Missionaries working in the mission office sort and forward the letters to missionaries serving in their respective areas, and may not know where to forward them after a missonary has left. You might want to try to contact the mission office to see if the letters were forwarded to him in America. If not they have most likely kept them and can forward them if you give them an address.
