You get really, really sick. I took a massive od over 2 months and I had a heart attack and ended up in intensive care for a few days. But before it got to that stage I couldn't sleep at night, I was so weak, my heart was struggling, I was having vision problems, I was loosing lots of weight and eatting heaps. I couldn't concentrate. I was hot and sweaty all the time. And eventually all the od just caught up with me and I nearly died. After I was physically ok I was scheduled to a psychiatric hospital as my overdose was delibrate. That was terrible. I was in and out of psych hospitals. Even 6 months later I'm still suffering from this. My family lost trust and respect for me. I lost friends over it and I'm now in forced therapy because of what I did. Not to mention the long term effects on my heart and liver that will probably give me an early death. Thyroxine seems like a wonder drug but it damaged my health, my relationships, my family and it ruined a lot of my life. Even over 7 months later I'm still facing the consequences of it.
