Theoretically, you would make a hell of a lot of rust and salts with carbon monoxide, or a radioactive stew. Although the idea sounds really cool it can NEVER happen (atoms have electron shells that once get filled, are stable) and if it did it wouldnt create an awesome new element or make this insane explosion. It would just be toxic waste that humanity would have the hassle of trying to throw out.

No, they don't. Most of the noble gases barely react at all, and only then with 3 or 4 elements at most.

have you looked at the Periodic Table lately? Some of the elements wont mix without a positive reaction and its not a nice positive reaction
