Look at The Mighty boosh. Subverts gender norms with character of Vince Noir - a very feminine boy. Skins is quality. It doesn't really address gender roles specifically but has a crack at peoples behaviour in a rounded subversive kind of way If you like stuff set in the past Mapp and Lucider features a woman who smokes a pipe (my favourite character). You Rang M'lord (a parody of upstairs downstairs populated by the cast of Hi-De-Hi) one of the daughters dresses and acts like a man with bright red lipstick. Hilarity ensues
