I think it's going up into the air with the flying car cheat until you are really high above some land. When you are up there, you should really quickly enter the flying car cheat again to disengage it, and then watch and laugh sadistically as your car falls thousands of feet to Earth. If you spin or rotate a little bit, you will even get some money for the Insane Stunt Bonus. Get out of the car right away, or you will get wasted from the explosion unless it lands on its wheels. Either way you should get a new car.
