The normal heart rate for adults is between 60-100 beats per minute. However, medications and certain conditions can raise and lower your normal pulse rate. It depends what you consider exercise, and when you measured your HR post-exercise. Either you have excellent cardiovascular health, are not working hard enough, or you rested for a while before checking your HR.
