GNLD has nothing whatsoever to do with the Freemasons and never has.
GNLD is not part of Freemasons.
Not at all.
No. He is not known to have any Masonic connection.
If so, he has kept very quiet about it. Neither he nor any masonic lodge have made the connection, which makes it unlikely.

Unless the person specifically states that he is a member of the Freemasons, it is hard to know for sure.
Well, the former is a health food distributor, and the latter was a secret society that existed for nine years in the 18th century, so absolutely nothing at all.
The CFA programme has been seen to be expensive by most aspiring investment professionals in Uganda. The Investment Management Association of Uganda (IMAU) together with the Private Sector Foundation of Uganda (PSFU) were able to run CFA review Courses during 2007. The courses were facilitated by Mr. Patrick C. Mutimba,CFA, the first Ugandan CFA Charterholder in Uganda. The participants were preparing for the DEcember 2007 CFA level 1 Exam. For about six months they met every weekend in a meeting room at Blue Africa restaurant, on Crested Towers. The result was a 50% pass rate. It is likely that courses will resume in 2008, but this is uncertain.During 2008 there have been attempts by Makere University Business school (MUBS) and progressive accountacy centre to make contact with the CFA institute. More updates will be available by late June. The Management and Accountacy training College (MAT) has excelled in training Accounntants in Uganda. It is also associated with UK - based BPP which has recently enetered in to partnership with some American education firms ( Kaplan and Schweser). It is therefore likely that MAT will soon consider providing CFA classes. In the short term, the challenge will be to get qualified CFA Charterholders to facilitate the classes.
