If it is ONLY the PA tag that they run, no. When they run your name and DOB they will though - even if you display a PA drivers license. .
The DMV would run your name and SSN and see that your license was suspended and wouldn't let you get another one and may even call the cops. You will need to wait X numbers of day's sometimes 1 year or more to be able to get a new one
If you are charged with a hit and run, you will lost your license and have it suspended. There will be other consequences as well such as jail and fines.
No, Normally the state that you comit a suspendable offense in, will notify the state your license is in and they will suspend the license. But sometimes that paperwork takes a long time. However, Cops like me sometimes will run a check on a person through all 50 states just out of curiosity while we have you pulled over. If you show suspended in one state you are not allowed to drive at all, so I would take you to jail for operating a motor vehicle while suspended. This prevents someone from getting a suspended license and sneaking to the next state and lying to get a new one there without telling them they are suspended (by the way lying to the DMV to get a new license is a felony).
Yes. It happens all the time. Try applying at the DOL for a temporary restricted license, they'll let you get to and from work for certain hours of the day, and certain days of the week.
When you licence is suspended in one state, your driving privileges are also suspended in that state until you get them reinstated. Additionally, if you get pulled over, display a California licence, and your suspended Texas licence comes up when they run your information through the system, your California licence will be taken away, and you could face a number of charges.Added; You may possess a drivers license ONLY from the state in which you reside. It is unlwful in ALL states to possess a drivers license from more than one state.

Yes. If they can see and read the license plate, there's nothing preventing them from running the plate.

hit and run, failure to appear for a court date, driving on a suspended or no valid licence
Of course! Hopefully they would have jail time also.
Contact that state's department of motor vehicles. If time has elapsed and you think your license from any state may be in jeopardy of being suspended, you can contact your local PD. They can run your name and info to see if there's anything outstanding. Beware -- if your license is suspended, they'll keep it.

Absolutely not. The upper 50 states all run off of the same system. If your license is suspended in the state of your primary residence, you cannot get a drivers license in any other state until your status in your primary state changes. This even applies if you change your state of residence.
YES!... If you are a flower arranger you can use you car as a flower pot. If you are a painter you can use it to store paint in. If you are a car mechanic you can use it to keep your tools in. IF you run a car Hire company you can rent it out. YOU CAN USE IT FOR WORK, BUT YOU CAN NOT DRIVE IT> YOU HAVE A SUSPENDED LICENSE!
You can probably contact your local DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) office; they should be able to tell you what you need to know. You can also check with your local police or Sheriff Department, or District Attorney's office, depending on why the license was suspended.
