Yes, PokéRus still gives you double EVs when battling wild and trained Pokémon even if it wears off because all the wearing off does is that the wearing off of it makes it so that the PokéRus is no longer contagious so that the other Pokémon in your party cannot get infected by it.

Pokerus (short for poke virus) is a special status found on Pokemon, it will only come off after a few days by itself. But pokerus is actually a good status, if doubles your stats, and lots more (only for that time). But if you keep that Pokemon in PC it will stay there till you take it out. If you put that Pokemon in your party, sometimes the other Pokemon even gets it. Pokemon with pokerus is soooooooooo rare, so make use of every minute. Even after it is cured the effects of the pokerus remain.

No need to worry. Actually believe it or not the Pokerus is actually a good thing in the game. When your Pokemon have the Pokerus they gain double the effort points when your Pokemon are battling. It only lasts about two days before the affect wears off.
