Everyone has skin that itches from time to time, and this is normal. If you have an irregularly shaped mole that is itching, that's another story and reason for concern. Otherwise, it sounds from your description that you may just have either dry skin or a skin reaction to something that is causing itching. Certainly you could try some lotion, benadryl cream, or hydrocortisone cream on the area (depending on how it became itchy in the first place) or see a physician if you are concerned.

∙ 11y agoGeneral itching is not a typical sign of Breast cancer. However, there is a disease called Paget's Disease of the Breast which is a malignant condition. Itching and scaliness of the nipple is one sign of that disease.
Itchiness is not a sign of skin cancer. Any changes in your body should be checked out by a physician.
