When asked on an interview 'What do you consider your two most serious job-related shorthcomings' how do you answer?

Answer

This question sounds like a good one to duck. If you answer "getting to work on time and finishing assignments," how fast are they going to show you the door? If you answer "I work so hard I make everybody else look bad, and I have trouble following orders when my boss is not as smart as I am," are they going to ask you back? This question is trouble.

You might try something like this:
"I have strengths and weaknesses like everybody else, but I try to look for work where I can use my strengths."
"I have some shortcomings, all right, like everybody, but I don't think they're serious enough to be a concern on the job."
"I'm always ready to learn how I can improve."
