I expect it means that single women are happy because (a) they either have, or are not neurotic about, security; (b) they either have money or are happy not to have any to worry about; (c) they have all the companionship they need without someone cluttering up the house on a daily and nightly basis; (d) they have a clean and tidy and peaceful home and (e) they don't have anyone to nag.
Having someone to nag and things to nag about doesn't sound a lot like happiness. but there's no figuring folks.
