When buying a used car from a dealer is it the dealers responsibility to fix anything that is wrong with the car before selling it?

[Edit]
Depends----Are they selling it with a warrenty? Then YES. If "as-is" then NO.

It is not their obligation to make any repairs, perhaps with the exception of any ones that make the car un-able to be registered or unsafe.
