a child can be taken away by social services for neglect, sexual abuse, abuse and if parent/parents have a drug or alcohol problem. my son is on the register for neglect because my boyfriend had his children put into care when he was with his ex. I'm a good mother and Ive always looked after my son since he was born, social services know we got a very close bond, and over the years i have told them too much about my boyfriend and panic attacks and health anxiety. so my advice to you if you have any problem like i have/ want to contact social services for 'help' then my advice would be think long and hard. and if you can manage on your own, because they take over your life, they say you can trust them and make you think they are helping you, but believe me they DO NOT!!
at any time i know from experience .when ever they think u can not take care of them they can and will take them at any time by baby girl23
to take something away. often used in schools.
No, not unless they were related in some way and the minors parents were dead. I have known of cases where older brothers/sisters have adopted younger children in the family when the parents died, but an unrelated 19 year old would have a hard time. They have to be able to show the ability to support the minor and reasons why they should adopt the 16 year old. A judge would decide and take the advice of the Department of Social Services for the state where they reside. A home study would be done and interviews to be sure the minor is not placed in a abusive situation.
If you are the full and complete owner of the real property in question, and you have not previously signed away your mineral rights, no one can take them away from you - EXCEPT - by action of the government.
Yes.
If they find her suitable as a temporary guardian yes. But that is up to the social worker or the court.

No. The logistics of that would not work. However, they can remove your child at birth under some circumstances.
it is a baby the baby will be in a cradle dont let it cry for too long or social services wil take it away.
talk to the police about the young girl's disgraceful behaviour and possible take the girl to a phsycologist.
If social services and the courts are trying to take parental rights away from a parent who has completed everything she was supposed to do, it may be necessary to go to court to make them stop. If a judge is involved, it will be best to hire a good family court lawyer to help.
Yes, simply don't look after it and then one day the social services lady will come round and take your baby away.

Taking care of your kid will most likely be very, very difficult. Depending on how you live, social services are more than likely to take your kid away from you if they find you.
they might have taken the baby due to $$$$ reasons or the baby was getting hurt. but if they did not tell you why they took it away they owe you that much. good luck to you chow:)
She can call Child Protective Services if she believes you are endangering the child. However, only the court can take your son away from you.
