Between 1603 and 1607 most likely
Macbeth was written in about 1604 - 1606, no-one knows the exact date. It was published a few years later. Shakespeare's shortest tragedy Macbeth belived to be writtien in 1603-1607, it was played in April 1611
References to "equivocators" suggest a connection with Henry Garnet, who had published a book on "equivocation", recommending a form of lying in which the literal sense of the statement is true but its implied meaning is not. Fr. Garnet came to prominence because of his involvement in the Gunpowder Plot and his attempts to avoid conviction using this technique were all the buzz in late 1605 and early 1606. It is exactly the technique used by the witches in their prophecies to Macbeth. This suggests a 1605-6 date for the play.
Macbeth contains topical references to the Gunpowder Plot which came to a head November 5, 1605. The Porter's speech in particular contains references to the people involved in that plot. Therefore the play is probably from shortly afterwards, probably in 1606. The revisions (probably by Middleton, since it includes material from his play The Witch, written about 1611) were made some years later, perhaps in 1618.
The exact year in which William Shakespeare [Baptized April 26, 1564-April 23, 1616] wrote the play 'Macbeth' hasn't survived the passage of time. But most likely it was no earlier than 1603and no later than 1606 or 1607. There were two monarchs who ruled over England in the earlier year of 1603. The play's Scottish setting and themes wouldn't have appealed to Queen Elizabeth I [September 7, 1533-March 24, 1603]. But they would have appealed to her successor, King James [June 19, 1566-March 27, 1625] I of England and Ireland and VI of Scotland.
In the 1600's, most probably between 1604 - 1606.
The play seems to have a reference to the Gunpowder plot which makes it unlikely to have been written before 1606.Around 1606. The play appears to allude to the Gunpowder Plot of November 1605. Its first known performance was in 1610.
Around 1604-1608
