Euthanasia (as defined as a third party ending the life of another) is illegal throughout the US, mostly under state general homicide laws. Therefor, you cannot obtain a "euthanasia certificate" anywhere in the US. The only form of euthanasia legal anywhere in the US is assisted suicide, and even this is only in a few (as in 3 or fewer) states. The major difference between this and general euthanasia is that it is the patient taking the action ending their life, not someone else.
