2003, June went into hospital with heart trouble, she had triple heart bypass surgery and it was a complete success, only two three days later she became very ill and fell into a coma and passed away shortly after that her last album "June Carter Cash Wildwood Flower" was released posthumously (i don't think i spelt that right)
