When did the first humans arrive and where?

The first humans were Adam and Eve, and they didn't arrive. They were made out of nothing through God into something. Adam was made from the dust of the ground, and Eve was made from Adam's bone, all by God. They were made during the six days of Creation, or seven days if you count the day of rest.
