It depends on the strain of guppy you have, I've seen some males begin to get their color after 4 or 5 weeks, others 2 - 3 months. Keep in mind, much depends on how fast they grow, if you are serious about raising guppies and want them to reach full size, sooner and be very healthy, you need to do a few things. Water temp should be around 80 degrees, weekly water changes, fry should be fed a little bit every few hours, BBB (baby brine shrimp) or microworms at least twice a day, powdered flake food other times.
The answer is depending on a number of factors, type of fancy guppy, how fast they grow, adn the type of food they are fed, but typically by 4 weeks you should see some color, males first then later the females.
they start getting em at roud 3 months of age some takes longer
in my expierience with these babies develop black patterns on the tails at rond 1 month of age males r the only 1s that does this at that time cause their the 1s that get color first those babies depending in the style if the baby males black pattern u can accually tell what type hes gonna be when grows up to be i have lyre tails when a male baby has 2 black pins at each side of tail in black color as a youngling it usually comes out to be a male lyre tail or double tail spotted 1s can either be moscoic and lots of other things if u got 1s that has black and others don't that's how u can see whos male ans whos female right off if u ever wanna seprate em
The males should be coloured by the time they are 12 to 14 weeks old.
Guppie should be fully coloured by the time they are 12 weeks old.
The male guppies usually start to show a bit of colour at about 10 to 12 weeks old.
Marble Bettas will change color, but I don't know about marble guppies. Baby Guppies will turn a different color after about a month from birth.
The adults usually eat the baby guppies.
Once the baby guppies mature they can move in with the adults.
Guppies are livebearers. So they don't lay eggs. Male guppies WILL eat their own baby guppies. They will eat any baby guppy they see. It doesn't matter if it's their own or some other guppies'. Male and female guppies eat baby guppies.

Fries (the term for baby guppies), are eaten by older guppies, but guppies are eaten by fish like tuna.

To have Baby
I'm not sure but some people say you should or the baby guppies will breed.
Some of them will get eaten, but what you can do to help is to have a plant that is small enough for the baby guppies to swim through. It will protect them when they are that young.
No Guppies are not moss eaters.
From my observations they show no preference or dislike for the colour black than they do for any other colour.
They will eat baby guppies.
