it all depends. this is my 2nd pregnancy, and I just started to show at 17 weeks. i have had alot of morning sickness and only have gained 4 lbs. My first one, I had gained 25 lbs at this time and wasn't only getting fat, but was showing more. But I had no sickness and was a glutten.

∙ 12y agoI'm currently 15 weeks pregnant with twins, and I noticed my lower abdomen bulging about 2 weeks ago. It is getting bigger, although sometimes it looks bigger than others. My regular trousers are getting too tight to button up, so I know it's time to throw the towel in and buy some maternity bottoms. I've only put on 2lbs so far as I suffered from terrible sickness from week 6 to week 13, so I know the bump is babies rather than weight I may have gained.

Yes it is possible. Sometimes it's just sheer luck to get twins. I got twins on The Sims 2 once, although I did make my Sims "try for baby" and "woohoo" quite a few times (no I'm not weird, I guess I just got bored). But I have heard that there is a cheat for get twins but you have to put it in once she is pregnant. Here it is: Click Ctrl shift and C all at the same time, a box should appear. Type in: ForceTwins - At the end of the pregnancy you should get twins. Either that or you can type in: twinzr2cute or twinsr2cute OR if you have Open For Business installed (again, wile she is pregnant) you can make her eat cheesecake, apparently it makes them have twins!
