President Obama cannot run for a third term, since this is forbidden by the Constitution, so the 2016 election will select a new president. Mr. Obama's term will officially end when that new president takes office on January 20, 2017.

Who is helping Mrs Obama to prepare to move in the Whitehouse?

Mrs. Obama has been living in the White House since 2009. But if you are asking who will help her move out when her husband Barack Obama's term as president comes to an end, there has always been a transition staff which helps the old First Family to move out of the White House and helps the new First Family to move in. We do not know yet where the Obamas plan to live after the president's term ends, but whether it is back to Chicago (where the Obamas still have a home) or somewhere else, there will be a staff to help them.
