I think that Vegeta fell in love with Bulma when the GR machine blew up. He was injured in the explosion and she took care of him. When he woke up from his nightmare, Vegeta saw Bulma asleep beside his bed with her face turned toward him. In one of the DBZ magazines, it is stated that Vegeta has never known kindness or love in his entire life. Bulma freely gives him that and at first, he is a little confused but eventually comes around. Especially by the time the Majin Buu saga begins.

∙ 13y agoYes!!!! He shows throughout the later part of the series that he does love her. When he sacfrices himself to try to kill buu, he mentions he is doing for his family and even karrott. His saiyan pride gets in the way of him expressing in any true emotion other than anger. In episode 253, Union of Rivals, Goku tells him to "wake up! ..........everyone is dead, even Bulma." He then looks at the Goku for several seconds with an angry, hurt expression on his face at the mentioning of Bulma being dead. He loves her.

Later on Vegeta meets Gohan, (who is on his way back to Bulma after retrieving another Dragonball from a lake near the Namek village that Vegeta distroied earlier) and Gohan notices the Dragonball that Vegeta has, and Vegeta tells him that he got it from Krillin and "that geogeous" girl he was with (English version anyway). So there you go lol, that was the first time he met Bulma (about episode 44/45), unless she was with the Z Fighters at some point on Earth when he arrived with Nappa, but I can't remember that.
