in the first trimester of pregnancy, when your jeans no longer fit the womb has grown two inches--throwing up is normal in pregnancy also your liver works twice as hard while pregnant and your body throws up the toxins from your liver causing morning sickness evertime you vomit the womb has room to expand while your body is expelling the toxins, and will expand until 9 months until the water will release and it will expand with every contracting until it is 10 decimeters allowing the baby to pass safely threw.

Your uterus starts to thicken once the egg is released from your ovary. The uterus begins to prepare for implantation. If pregnancy does not occur, then the lining of the uterus will begin to shed, which will then be the first day of your period.

Well dilation don't happen during pregnancy. It happens at the end of pregnancy right before the lady has the baby. Dilation is the most common way a doctor, nurse, midwife etc has of telling whether a lady is in labor and about to give birth. Dilate or dilation means open. The term used in pregnancy is when a lady goes into labor & its about to give birth, the vagina or vaginal opening will start to expand or open up in preparation for the baby that is about to be coming out there. This happens gradually over hours usually but I have known ladies that went from a dilation of 0 to a dilation of 10 in less than 30 minutes. When they say the mom has dilated to a 3 for instance, they are referring to a measurement of the vaginal opening. The measurement is usually in centimeters so when they say she has dilated to a 3, they mean, that her vaginal opening has expanded or opened up to 3 centimeters. 3 is usually early. When the lady gets up around a 9, 10 etc they are usually ready to have or deliver the baby. I hope this helps

The whole thing!
