There hasn't been an official release date for Heroes Volume 3: Villains on DVD yet.... Since Season 3 hasn't finished yet on TV, they will probably release it on DVD along with Volume Four: Fugitives, once this volume has finished. But, my guess is before September, since Season Four will surely be coming on TV in September 2009.

The second part of season 3 is called fugitives, not 4. It is volume 4, but season 3 :) The second part of season 4 [called 'fugitives] comes out february 2. Season 4 should come out sometime in september. =)

At 9pm, the Villains volume starts with a 2 hour premiere. The second season, which was cut short due to the WGA Writer's Strike was initially supposed to include Volume 3: Villains, but it has been pushed to be the first half of season 3. Season 3 will conclude with Volume 4.

2nd february 2009.....in the USIf you're looking for the BBC as in the UK, it hasn't been announced yet, but the website currently says "February 2009" and during Volume 3 it was only a week or two behind the US (for the BBC Three 'first look' thing) and two or three weeks on BBC Two, so I'd say within a monthI've heard it'll be 26th of feb, but this may be a bbc3 showing so it'd be 5th march before bbc2. however the beeb haven't made any official announcements. for those impatient people like me the Americans have already started putting ep 13 up on various sites.*
