Due to the unusual circumstances of its formation, this storm was never given a name. It is most widley known as the 1991 Perfect Storm. Had it been named, it would have been Hurricane Henri.
Hurricane Sandy formed on October 22, 2012 and for the most part dissipated on October 31.
