Sporulation occurs in order for the plants to make more plants by spreading their seeds on the soil which allows it to make new plants like those.

No, it doesn't. Sporulation only happens to bacteria that are spore-forming. Most bacteria is non spore-forming. You can use the "Schaeffer-Fulton" Endospore stain technique to stain bacteria to see if there are, in fact, any endospores present.

If there are, then that bacteria is spore-forming.
