I can be but the toilet needs to have 24" in front of it to be legal. Plus you cannot tie your shower drain in the the horizontal branch of the toilet.
When installing things like shower doors, although you can do it yourself, I would suggest getting the help of a professional. This is because you want to be sure that it has been installed securely, and they will have more experience than you in installing it.
If it is indoors and not a recessed shower, you may have a leaking shower pan.
Walk in shower stalls are moderately difficult to install. Pre fab shower stalls are already built for you and only need to be installed. Unless you are an expert it is highly recommended to hire a licensed plumber to get the plumbing set up before installing your shower.
If it is a gravity fed shower raise the tank or use a shower pump in the loft. If its off a combi boiler you cant without butting a bigger out put boiler in. If its a electric shower put a higher kw shower in (may need lager wire installing). or simple descale you're shower head.

You can't shower without getting wet, unless you are taking an imaginary shower. The whole point of a shower is to get clean, which you can't do without water.

The piping has to be the exact same length for each shower head from the tee where the cold and hot water feeds from the top of the diverter faucet.
