As soon as the puppy is able to walk upright on all fours. This gives you the time to let the pup get used to a collar and leash. If the pup is uncooperative use food in the form of treats to sort of pull him along. In no time he will ghet the idea and go with the flow.

You should take your Yorkshire terrier outside to use the bathroom about every hour once they are potty trained, but that doesn't necessarily mean that you have to walk them. Actual walks should be one in the morning and one in the evening.

Not until it has had a full course of vaccinations. Before this, pups can be carried in your arms so they can get out and meet people and get used to the outside world.
