yes but it might not be the best paint job. It's best to spray paint when it's over 50 outside but spray painting when it's cold will do much harm
if you're talking about the outside of your house then,
the temperature outside has to be warmer than 55 degrees, for at least 3-5 days
If it is going to freeze before the paint has a chance to dry. This will vary depending on location.
You can but flow will not be optimum and it will take more dry time
You could give it a shot. Try using a spray paint for plastic. Or, use a multipurpose primer to adhere to the cove base. If the adheres ok, you are able to use a regular latex paint.
IF you are a artist, you would have been writing for years and come to find what your most comfortable with, but for a beginner belton molotow premium, montana hardcore or montana black and gold
yes there is if you mix acrylic and body paint
what kind of paint?? How long has the original paint been on there? Many times, the "vehicle" (solvent) in the polyurethane will cause the existing paint to curdle or wrinkle if it is a water based/latex paint. If it has been on there a long time though, you might be able to get away with it. See if you can test a small spot that is not exposed or visible first. Even if it "tests" OK, it still might have a tendency to pull the existing paint up when you get it on a large area, so be careful

If it's cold outside, hot. If it's hot outside, cold. Make sure that the soup that you are going to eat is ok to eat cold.
sometimes not in cold weather

well you should not go in the bathroom it should be ok if your lucky it will peel off, mine did. If it's supposed to be on the outside of the house wouldn't that mean that it is strong paint? You might be better off with what you did.

If you are repainting an automible and the paint is ok *Sand the auto with 320 DA sand paper (this is an air tool) *Scuff all shiny spots with scotch brite *Spray sealer down *Put basecote clearcote down for your final finish
No, if he's a puppy he could easily freeze without any warmth all night
The best temperature to paint a wall is warm ok bye
yes there is if you mix acrylic and body paint
It depends how cold it is. If you can go outside in a short sleeve shirt and not be cold, it is probably OK for your guinea pig. If it's very cold though, don't take the guinea pig out...even in a blanket!
Ok I have a scooter, and the way that i fit my grips is easy!. So all you have to do is go buy grips go home and find some spray paint. Spray inside of the grip and quickly as fast as you can push them onto the handle bars. Than after a bit it will stick, stay there and hardly ever move.
