A little but what I do is I have a nice warm shower/bath get my fleecePJ's on and a hot water bottle and a fleece then snuggle up on the sofa and watch some good TV............................hope this helps

Go to see your doctor - there's medication to make you less likely to throw up, painkillers for the cramps, and also medication to reduce your flow if your periods are so heavy it causes problems for you.

Throwing up due to cramps are not unusual when you have your period. It sounds completely normal. If you have your period you are not pregnant if that is what you meant.
