For the first day eat only soft foods that are not too warm and not too cold. After a few days you can start eating normally. Do not rinse with water and salt for the first 24 hours. After that rinse 3 times a day, for about a week.
It is prudent to follow the advice of the dentist or oral surgeon who removed the teeth. Each individual case is unique. The doctor or his/her staff should be available for at least a few days following the surgery to answer your questions and provide follow-up care.
Do not smoke for at least 72 hours.
The 2nd day after your wisdom tooth extraction, you are restricted to soft foods such as jello.
After wisdom teeth extraction it is important to avoid eating difficult to chew foods. Limons can be used, you can eat limon-flavored pudding, as it is not quite as sweet tasting.
You can definitely eat after a tooth extraction. You should eat liquid or very soft foods on the opposite side of the extraction.

You can eat solid foods just a few days after wisdom teeth extraction. 6 days is enough time for the initial healing process. Food might get stuck in the holes where your wisdom teeth were, but you can rinse with water and salt to help clean them.
You should not eat or drink anything hot until the local anesthetic has worn off. While you are numb, you risk severely burning your mouth.
You should be able to begin eating "hard" foods roughly 3-5 days after the extraction process. It is, however, more recommend to do a step up program. Soft cookies, Breads, etcDay 4-5: Moderately Hard Foods to Harder Foods. (Normal Diet, unless still tender then visit Days 2-3 until you're ready).

To get regular motions, you should eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and increase your water intake. You should also eat plenty of fiber-rich foods and exercise daily.

Eat less consistently and take regular exercise. Crunches, a diet rich in natural, unprocessed whole foods, regular sex.
