Generally speaking, when you plan to ask her to marry you and you are confident she will say "YES" if the children are minors.
If they are adults living out on their own, pretty much any time you and she want to, please do.

Much earlier than that!

You come as a package, you plus your children. Any new partner must realise that they are coming into an established unit and that isn't necessarily easy for them.

I couldn't consider moving in/ marriage until I was certain that the vibes between my children and GF were as strong as between me and GF.
