The first time electricity was discovered was a long time ago. So long ago that we don't have any specific years, just a specific time period. The first discovery of electricity was in the time of the first peoples. There is not much information on there life period,only 3 books in the entire world tell their story. The second time was in the time of the egyptians.Next around the 1600's 1700's and 1800's. Allesandro Volta is famous for quite a few of his discovery's as well as Luigi Galvani. I don't know the years but here is a tidbit of info.
