When where and by whom was the first printing network created?

Answer

The first "printing network" would have been the Hollerith or IBM cards that were punched for data entry and usually attached to a line printer, magentic tape drive and maybe a CRT. Displays were optional since there wasn't a graphical user interface like Windows yet. This would have been anytime since this 1940's depending on whether you consider analog computers or not, what kind of network and what kind of printers. ~Steve
