Well lets see... Its still a month or so until its out and since they wont be making another halo for a while... Id say 4-5 years or possibly never. But that's just my guess, if they make another halo game it would be realeased before the new one came out just like how halo wars and halo3 was released around when reach was announced.

I don't know if the previous answer helped from the other guy.....but if you check out the latest video of unboxing halo reach, towards the end, they say that on the day of Halo: Reach's Release (09/14/2010), the game will be available for download....without (I think) RECON helmet....but who gives a ------ anyways?!
bungie does not host the file. bungie quit halo you have to get it form the live marketplace
