....prices have been adjusting in recent months...the problem now is MONEY TO FINANCE the available properties both residential and commercial....credit markets refuse to finance...city development ,joint ventures, tax credits, could be a way to jump start this market...most trends are run by a herd mentality ..everyone heads for the doors at the same time both entrance and exit...this is usually what causes the spikes in prices..and declines..I have been through three down markets in real estate and I still prefer a real estate market rather than a wall street market..provided you buy the right property..just like the right stock..only with real estate the right property keeps appreciating and with a stock you are only as good as your last quarter.............. and San Diego is a premier city with unlimited potential if we don't muck it up.............
