Its a 2nd degree burn...It will heal. Try and wear sunscreen and cover the area when going out. Put burn ointment and Neosporin on the wound. Try to always keep it moist...and don't pop the blisters or peel...this will cause permanent damage to your skin.
Hey a second degree burn is worse you get that from fire
Depending on the size of the blister and where it is, a burn blister can hurt quite a lot. It tends to get more painful once the blister breaks and the raw skin is exposed to the air. This is especially true if the blister is someplace where there's a lot of innervation pain receptors). For instance, burns on the inner thigh will typically hurt more than burns on the heel of the foot, all other factors being equal. Small blisters, on tough places like the bottom of the heel, can be nearly painless.
Sunburns will not necessarily blister. This depends on the duration of time spent in the sun. A sun blister is actually not healthy at all. My suggestion is to apply aloe vera gel or a really deep moisturizer several times a day. Your skin will eventually start to peel, but it will 'peel off' in the shower, rather than 'flake off' during the day.
You have a second degree sunburn. You will be fine as long as you don't pick at anything. This could cost damage to your skin.
For pain relief put some burn cream on it. Make sure you wear loose clothing to help it from squeezing against the sunburn. You can also put ice on it if you wish. To heal it you usually have to wait it out. But there is a rumor that if you put plain yogurt that is cold on your burn it will heal over night.
Make sure next time you prevent sunburn by putting on sunblock every 2-3 hours. It will depend with every hour and what you are doing ex: water activities, beaches tanning etc.
Yes indeed! remember, 1st degree - Light sunburn, skin peels slightly, takes a few days to a week to heal. 2nd degree- Medium sunburn ,past the epidermis, skin turns extremely red and hot. takes days and even weeks to heal. 3rd degree- Worst sunburn you can get, sometimes can reach the bone, blisters form, extreme irritation, skin peeling, and heat. Takes many weeks to heal.
Bring Aloe!
if u hav a sunburn with blisters this is a second degree burn and it will take up to a week to hav them go away. it is best to apply moisyurizer dailey and to shower in cold water. do not pop these blisters cause this will spead bacteria and make your blisters worse.
If sunburn is bad enough, it can result in sun poisoning or heat stroke. Both can be life threatening. If the patient has a serious headache, fever, chills, nausea, or anything else that seems out of place, it is best to go ahead and seek medical attention. Even if it turns out not being that serious, they can help with the pain and hydration issues that go along with serious sunburn. Even without sun poisoning, the skin can become so burned that it blisters, and later cracks, bleeds, and can become like "alligator skin" while healing.
If you get blisters to the point of developing a fever, or a degraded general condition.
it really depends on how bad the sunburn was. my advice would be to but lots of aloe on it and a good thick lotion..like cetaphil Sunburn itch will last as long as you have blisters on burned skin
A very bad sunburn will blister, yes.
A severe sunburn affects both the epidermis and the lower dermis. The symptoms are pain, swelling, and redness; wet or moist appearance; and blisters. The pain is moderate to severe.
blood blisters are not bad for you . blood blisters are just blood caught under skin or fingernails. normally started by a popped blood vessel.
I used it on bad sunburn and had a severe itchy reaction. I checked epaderm and it says NOT to use on sunburn.
sometimes when its realy bad
The fluid in the blister is contagious and the blisters can spread to other parts of the face.
heaps of moisturising cream :)

Depends on how bad the burn is. If the skin it only red there's no risk, although a hot bath will probably be uncomfortable. If the skin has blistered and the blisters ruptured you should avoid dirty bath water.
