Apparently, Unified Precious Metals has taken over fulfullment of some state quarter programs started by the American Historical Society (where I originally purchased mine). AHS was re-organized some time ago. I had to contact their successor organization a couple years ago. I found them (NCA) thru internet research. That got me back on track and I received the next couple cycles of colorized quarters. Now, it seems, history is repeating itself via UPM. Their current phone number is 1-866-503-4324 re: colorized quarter collections fulfillment. Or their company phone number is 818-734-7500. However, they only leave messages on those numbers advising collectors still due fulfillmnet to contact them in writing re: specific situation. Their address is UPM, P.O.Box 9186, Canoga Park, CA 91304 (or 91409 from internet search). I am contacting them for assistance in competing my collection. Their message on 866-503-4324 says they will fulfill previously established orders. But I have not succeeded with that process yet. Good luck.

Unless these coins are proofs or silver proofs, they are really only worth a quarter each. There are no rare dates in the state quarter series and can easily be found in uncirculated collection.

Assuming you mean a quarter that is normally struck, but is missing the outer silvery-colored layer ... If it is a state quarter, these have been selling in the $300-$400 range. If it is an older quarter, these have been selling for about $50
Nickel-colored, which is a dull silvery color. The cladding is made of nickel and copper.
Palomino is a denomination of a color, not a breed, because you can find peruvian horses that are palomino colored, or quarter mile horses that are palomino colored, etc
