When you are in 6 weeks pregnant but you didn't have the pregnancy symptoms but you have the pelvic pain and back pain you didn't have the bleeding is these are the symptoms of miscarriage?

When you write a very long sentence without any ponctuation and it goes on and on and it becomes difficult to read but the reader keeps going becausese he or she wants to help but then loses track of the questions becausese of the lack of ponctuation signs and poor use of grammar...

Only your Doctor can truly answer this question. Was you definitely pregnant and was it confirmed by pregnancy test or blood test? If you are/was pregnant and you are now experiencing bleeding, abdominal cramping etc, you should go to A & E, Early Pregnancy Unit or contact your Doctor immediately.
