You don't get one that's mandatory. You can get one if you choose. Now im assuming you mean joining the 75th ranger regiment and being a real ranger. Just graduating ranger school doesn't make you a ranger, just ranger qualified.
But yes, if you want a tattoo that is Ranger oriented, you can have it.
You are mixing services. Rangers are a part of the US Army. US Marines are a separate military unit.
If becoming a Ranger in the Army you are required to go to Army language school. There is a few other classes that you have to go to in order to become a Ranger in the Army.
One can find out on how to become an Army Ranger by simply applying to defend one's country as a Army Ranger. One will find that not only the United Statses of America have Army Rangers, but also Canada and parts of Irish Millitary Defence Units share the name of Army Rangers.
Is it hard to become an Army Ranger? I am assuming you mean an actual Army Ranger, and not someone that went to the Army's Ranger training school to get a Ranger Tab. Yes..... Becoming a Ranger is a serious task. There are no timeouts, no seconds chances. In RIP you will be mentally and physically challenged beyond anything you have ever thought possible. If you have the "Intestinal Fortitude" to fight through all the training and testing in RIP, you will get to continue to test yourself as an actual Army Ranger. The life of an Army Ranger is much harder than RIP, so prepare yourself. It is a hard journey, but, when it is all said and done, very few have more right to be proud of themselves than Army Rangers! Rangers and EOD are two separate things.

There are three line battalions, and the Ranger Training Brigade, which is going to be smaller than a typical Army brigade.
no it is only for men
No. The Army won't even take you as a diabetic, let alone allow you to serve in the Ranger Regiment.
